If we agree to attempt a wheel removal, at your request and without the appropriate locking nut key, then this damage is at your risk and we shall not be liable for it. This does not exclude our responsibility for damage beyond what is reasonably commensurate with the attempted removal of the relevant wheel (for example damage to other parts of the car).
